For example you can contact a professional private investigator who will have all manner of sources of info and tricks to help him find the person you are looking for. This however can be expensive as it can take them time. A simpler method is to run a simple google search and see if the person has a website or is mentioned on someone elses website. Finally there are useful websites offering people and reverse lookups online.
