What that means is with strong muscles, the body’s metabolism will rise because of increased use of calories and fat. The muscles, by far, use up the most calories to build and strengthen and the muscles continually use up those calories, even when resting. So there is no point in not using free weightlifting programs if they will increase you overall health.
