Prevent gum disease through oral hygiene in addition to receding gums treatment. We are used to brush our teeth and floss twice daily. We used to believe that this regular routine is already good but unfortunately this is not enough to maintain healthy teeth. And also to prevent both receding gums and bleeding gums a broad approach is required for oral hygiene and to purchase for expensive oral products is not necessary. Part of all this treatment and oral hygiene the patient should have a regular check up of the teeth’s condition. Another condition that should be given treatment is the removal of calcification around the gum line. This treatment is very important to cease the production of bacteria.
