In order to truly overcome the issues that surround aging women and self image, you must first learn to love your body. This isn’t quite what it sounds. What I mean is that you must first treat your body as though you love the way it looks, the rest will follow. Maintaining a healthy diet and exercise plan are an important part of maintaining a healthy self image.
